We begin with the arrest of the subway shooter in New York who had terrorized the city having exploded smoke grenades in a subway car on Tuesday and fired 33 shots wounding 10 people before disappearing with the panicked passengers onto another train. Joining us to discuss the irony that our right wing Supreme Court is poised to overturn the hundred-year-old law in New York restricting firearms so that New Yorkers on the subway will soon have to live with Red State open-carry and concealed-carry permissive laws allowing more deranged and dangerous people to threaten the public.
