Biden Sides With Workers on the Picket Line

We begin with the first American president to join striking workers on the picket line in Detroit today where Biden made an impassioned speech in favor of workers getting a fair deal and a decent wage in an economy in which CEOs are paid hundreds of times more than the UAW workers who made sacrifices in 2009 but have not reaped any reward from the record profits the Big Three are now enjoying. Joining us is Alexander Sammon, a politics writer at Slate who has previously written for Mother Jones, The New Republic and the American Prospect. The FTC’s Antitrust Suit Against Amazon Which 17 States Are Joining In

Then we look into the Federal Trade Commission’s antitrust suit against Amazon that 17 states are joining in as the $1.3 trillion behemoth that generates more than $500 billion a year in revenues functions as a gatekeeper for e-commerce.
